How is the school licence priced?
CoreGrasp operates on a flat institutional fee that covers your entire school for the licence period. There are no per-seat fees and no student payments. Pricing is agreed directly with your platform administrator — contact us through the application form to receive a quote.
How long does setup take?
Under an hour for a school of any size. You download the Excel template, fill in student names, emails, and IDs, upload it, and every account is created automatically. Students receive their invite emails immediately.
Do students need to create accounts themselves?
No. You create all student accounts via the bulk import. Each student's ID becomes their temporary password. On first login, they set their own password. There's no signup friction for students.
What happens when a student leaves?
You can deactivate any account instantly from the admin dashboard. Their data is preserved so it can be reactivated if needed. Session tokens are invalidated the moment an account is deactivated.
Can teachers share resources with students?
Yes. Teachers can upload course materials — textbook chapters, past papers, mark schemes, syllabuses — to a shared library that students in their class can access and chat with.
